Have I none / Nigde nikog nemam

by Edward Bond

Co-Production of "Threepenny" and "LeStudio"

Premiere: "LeStudio" Beograd, March 2018.

The drama “Have I none” by Edward Bond was written in 2000. This dystopian drama explores the consequences of a repressive system through a family drama of a young couple. The directors approach the text without relying so much on the traditional dystopias that find their iconography in the dictator systems of XX century, but they find their inspiration in the contemporary world and its own means of repression.

Nevertheless, by discovering hidden warmth, humor and tenderness even in the greyness of post-apocalypse the authors reveal their own view and hope in the survival of human community.

Set in an site-specific space of a huge abandoned factory complex just outside the city center of Belgrade, this multimedia performance is breaking the frame of traditional theatre and playing with corporeal and virtual reality.
